Faculty of Expressive Arts

The Expressive Arts Faculty allows you to develop your creativity. These subjects promote enjoyment in the Arts and create the capacity to communicate your thoughts, feelings, and ideas through Art, Drama and Music.

We aim to have active and independent learning through a blend of classroom approaches and practical learning, as well as visits to galleries, concerts and the theatre.

We embrace collaborative learning and sharing ideas, both individually and as part of whole class learning, including collaboration projects such as putting on a play or concert, or holding an art exhibition.

We also develop skills for life including communication, evaluation, team work and presentation skills. Through these subjects you can also improve your literacy skills by researching and presenting information, evaluating, discussing, listening and talking.

The Expressive Arts Faculty is a vibrant and inclusive place to be, we want to inspire you to explore their creativity and fulfil your full potential.
